Debit card payment on the Internet
Our platform is connected to Monobank merchant acquiring (JSC Universal Bank). Merchant acquiring service on the Internet is provided by using a payment page in the private account of the website, where the payer by clicking on the button “pay”, initiates a transition from the website page to a secure bank server in order to transfer money. For payment are acceptable payment instruments - electronic means of payment (payment cards) of Mastercard, Visa, PROSTIR payment systems with the following criteria: electronic means of payment must belong to one of the above-mentioned payment systems; contain expiration period (month and year), which is still valid.
There’s no need to use traditional ATMs – just point your smartphone at the code, and scan it to make payment. The procedure is the following:

Personal information provided (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number), as well as any other limited access information shall be kept confidential and is not subject to disclosure.
JSC Universal Bank guarantees security of online payments processing. All operation with payment cards are conducted according to the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. When transferring information, special safety technologies of online card payments are used, data processing takes place on a secure advanced server.
Payment with debit cards via JSC Universal Bank
There is no fee applicable for payment. The payments are made by transfer of funds from debit cards VISA and MASTERCARD if the possibility to conduct online payments is provided by your bank that issued a debit card.

The bank has the right to deny a client to conduct transactions with a payment card in case:
- a document required for banking operation and formalized as mandated by the law is not received by the bank;
- a transaction fails to satisfy legal requirements and/or bank rules;
- a client fails to perform obligations under bank rules;

services/operations requested by a client are not provided by the bank or the bank has insufficient technical resources to provide them.
For correct input it’s required to carefully and accurately enter the data, maintaining the sequence of digits and letters, as it is indicated on your card:
- card owner (usually written in English in capital letters on the face of the card. For example, TOMAS BAKER);
- card number (usually written on the face of the card and consists of 16 digits. For example: 0123 4567 8901 2345);
- card expiration date (usually indicated on the face of the card - month and year till which the card is valid. Card expiration date must be entered in figures. For example, 12 (in the month field) and 23 (in the year field), which means the card is valid till December 2023);
- CVV2 or CVC2 code (usually indicated on the back of the card and consists of 3 digits. For example, 123).
